研究概述
目前专注于利用生物信息学和深度学习模型,探索复杂脑部疾病的发病机制,以及药物治疗反应和协同效应的预测。结合免疫学和神经生物学的知识,在疾病的分子和细胞层面探寻新的生物标记和潜在的治疗靶点。通过生物信息学工具和大数据分析,从大量的基因组数据和脑部影像中提取有价值的信息,探索疾病的基本生物学机制和发病过程。
