研究概述
所在实验平台的主要目标是研发出可以用于早期精确检测重大脑疾病的放射性分子探针,并将其转化推向临床应用。目前分别以艾尔兹海默症、脑中风、神经胶质瘤等疾病分子标记物为靶点,合成并评价了检测Aβ斑块、TSPO、SV2A等表达量变化的分子探针。 本人主要负责生物学检测平台和方法的建立,对上述分子探针在进行临床前评估检测。已初步筛选到灵敏度高、特异性好的化合物,可进一步向临床应用推进。 获得可应用的探针,除应用到临床诊断外,还希望对疾病的发生、发展等在时间和空间上进行更精确的分型,为后续的治疗提供更有效的依据。
We are aiming to develop molecular imaging agents for early detection and precision treatment of devastating brain disease, such as Alzheimer’s disease, stroke and glioma. So far, we have synthesized probes for disease biomarkers, TSPO, SV2A and Aβ plaque. Characterization and validation of these probes for clinical purposes are undergone. Preliminary data shows some of them are very promising, with high specificity and sensitivity. I am responsible for the constructing the platform and workflow for preclinical validation, which is the terminal steps for radiopharmaceutical lab. Then, to translate promising imaging probes to the clinic is the goal of the research.
