研究概述

  本人一直致力于用电生理、生化等方法研究帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病的发病及治疗机制,以及神经免疫系统淋巴细胞分化与功能异常的机制研究。证明了黑质多巴胺能神经元上的BKCa离子通道的存在;乙醇脱氢酶5对神经元分化以及衰老引起的学习与记忆能力退化的影响及机制;并揭示了电针能通过调节皮层-纹状体通路的突触可塑性来改善帕金森病运动能力异常的作用机制。

We have been committed to using electrophysiological, biochemical and other methods to study the pathogenesis and treatment mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease, as well as the mechanism of lymphocyte differentiation and dysfunction of nervous immune system. The existence of BKCa ion channel on dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra was proved; The effect and mechanism of alcohol dehydrogenase 5 on neuronal differentiation and degradation of learning and memory induced by aging; We also reveal the mechanism that electroacupuncture improve the abnormal motor ability of Parkinson's disease by regulating the synaptic plasticity of cortical striatal pathway.
