研究概述

  缺血性卒中发生率、致死率和致残率非常高,目前动物实验证明有效的神经保护剂在临床实验中均未得到阳性结果,无法转化为临床治疗是目前卒中临床和科研的瓶颈之一。兰晶博士发现神经保护剂对正常血压大鼠和高血压大鼠的卒中保护作用不同,同时参与发现昼夜节律可以影响神经保护剂对卒中的作用。为神经保护剂临床转化实验提供新思路,同时为卒中临床治疗做出一定贡献。

Ischemic stroke has a high rate of incidence, mortality and disability. Neuroprotective agents that have been proved effective in animal experiments are all failed in clinical trials, which is a bottleneck in clinical treatment and scientific research of stroke. Dr. Lan found that neuroprotective agents have different effects on normotensive stroke and hypertensive stroke, and participated in finding that circadian rhythm can affect the effect of neuroprotective agents on stroke. This provided a new idea for clinical translation of neuroprotective agents and made some contributions to clinical treatment of stroke.
